Joe was not afraid to speak his mind and tell you what he was thinking.  One thing about him, if he was your friend, you had a friend for life.  He was always hard working and made sure his family came first and that everyone knew his family belonged to him.  He enjoyed spending time fishing when he could, bird watching and the art of Pysanky.

Joe was a loving dedicated father and grandfather first and foremost.  He treasured his children and embraced every moment he was able to spend with them.  He was also a dedicated son and brother, he loved his mother and sister dearly and cared for them until they went to be with the Lord.

Special thanks to the doctors and nurses of Mount Nittany Hospital for providing care to him and the family support.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: his son, George Thomas Dombrowski; two sisters, Shermane Dombrowski and Gladys Croyle; and one brother, Stanley Dombrowski.
