Helen L. “Red” Dillon
Helen L. “Red” Dillon, 79, of (Chester Hill Borough) Philipsburg, PA died on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at her residence.
Born on May 8, 1935 in Coalport, PA, she was the daughter of the late Clifford & Helen (Shoffner) Dillon.
Ms. Dillon was of the Christian faith and was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: a sister, Lillian Dixon; and two brothers, Robert Dillon and Clifford Dillon, Jr.
Ms. Dillon is survived by: a daughter, Deborah J. Yeager of (Chester Hill) RD Philipsburg, PA; a son, Rick L. Dillon of RD Osceola Mills, PA; two sisters, Kathy Brown of (Gearhartville) RD Philipsburg, PA and Hazel Culp of RD Philipsburg, PA; a brother Ken Dillon of Philipsburg, PA; six grand children; two step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Heath Funeral Home, 701 Lingle Street, Osceola Mills, with Pastor Jennifer C. Heikes officiating.
