Marcia A. Demchak
Marcia A. Demchak, 57, of Philipsburg, PA died on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the Mountain Laurel Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Clearfield, PA.
Born on May 20, 1959 in Philipsburg, PA she was the daughter of Barbara H. (Mital) Bookamire of Osceola Mills, PA & the late Kenneth D. Bookamire. She married Daniel Demchak on July 2, 1983 in Osceola Mills, PA; he survives at home.
Marcia was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Osceola Mills, PA.
She was a homemaker and a 1977 graduate of the Philipsburg Osceola High School.
In addition to her her father, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Ryan Matthew Demchak.
Along with her husband she is survived by: one daughter, Danielle Sankey & her husband Joshua of Osceola Mills, PA; one son, Chris M. Demchak & his wife Danielle of Osceola Mills, PA; three brothers, Richard Bookamire of Philipsburg, PA, Kevin Bookamire & his wife Lisa of Coburn, PA and Douglas Bookamire of Camp Hill, PA; and five grandchildren, Rachel, Caleb, Lillian & Megan Demchak and Brody Sankey.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, May 23 2017 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Osceola Mills, PA: with Rev. Father Joseph Staszewski celebrant. Burial will be a the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 22, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Osceola Mills, PA.
Rosary will be recited at the funeral home on Monday at 7:30 pm.
