Virginia M. DeCerio
Virginia M. DeCerio, 80 of Philipsburg passed away on Monday, January 2, 2012 at Mt. Nittany Medical Center, State College PA.
Born November 14, 1931, in Pleasantville, NJ she was the daughter of the late Harry Ridenour and Florence L. (Myers) Ridenour. She was of Christian faith. She was a retired waitress for the 401 Restaurant in Conshohocken, PA. She was married to Lewis J. DeCerio on September 4, 1948 in Laffayette Hills, PA, who passed away on July 15, 1988.
She was preceeded in death by her parents; husband; a daughter Mary Willey; three sons Francis DeCerio, Charles DeCerio, Lewis DeCerio Jr.; and a brother Harry Ridenour.
She is survived by two daughters Donna J. DeCerio of Philipsburg PA, and Linda DeCerio of Philipsburg PA; a sister Rose Wilt and her husband Thomas of Philadelphia, PA; twenty grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great-great granchild.
No visitation will be held, Heath Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
Burial will be at Umbria Cemetery, Osceola Mills, PA.
