Jeffrey A. Davis, 45, of Houtzdale, PA died Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the Select Specialty Hospital in Johnstown, PA.
Born on March 4, 1971 in Philipsburg, PA, he was the son of William H. & Patricia J. (Mowchan) Davis.
Mr. Davis was a member of the Saint Mary’s Ukrainian Annunciation Catholic Church in Ramey, PA, and had attended Angel’s Nest in Houtzdale, PA.
He was preceded in death by: his grandparents, Steve & Margaret Mowchan and Clarence & Louise Davis; one aunt and four uncles.
In addition to his parents he is survived by: two sisters, Jennifer Lutchko and her husband Frank & their two daughters Desiree & Madison of Houtzdale, PA; Julie Davis & her daughter Harley James of Houtzdale, PA; one brother, Gregory Davis and his wife Erin & their two daughters, Haylee & Raynee of Millheim, PA. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at the Saint Mary’s Ukrainian Annunciation Catholic Church in Ramey, PA: with the Very Reverend, Father Anthony F. Balistreri celebrant. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Osceola Mills, PA.
Parastas will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
