Daniel M. Danko, 72, of Osceola Mills, PA died on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at his home.
Born on November 12, 1949 in Philipsburg, PA, he was the son of the late Michael & Rose (Cowell) Danko. He married Linda K. Sinclair on October 8, 1977 in Osceola Mills, PA; she survives at home.
He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Osceola Mills, PA, the B.P.O.Elks #1173 in Philipsburg, PA and the L.O.O.Moose in Osceola Mills, PA.
Daniel was a Retired Corrections Officer from SCI Houtzdale. He was a 1967 graduate of Philipsburg-Osceola High School and a 1972 graduate of Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA.
He is survived by: three sons, Craig Danko & his wife Christy of Curwensville, PA, Trevor Danko & his wife Dorian of Houtzdale, PA and Aaron Danko & his wife Hannah of Philipsburg, PA; two sisters, Debbie Zeiders & her husband Rick of Harrisburg, PA and Dawn Sariano & her husband David of Halifax, PA; four brothers, Doug Danko & his wife Barb of Fort Mill, SC, Dennis Danko & his wife Raquel of Virginia Beach, VA, Drew Danko of Osceola Mills, PA and Desmond Danko & his wife Laura of Irwin, PA; and six grandchildren, Luke, Maylayna, Makayla, Elyana, Quinn & Norah.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Osceola Mills, PA with Rev. Father Zab Amar, Celebrant. Burial will be at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
