Dawn A. Beninsky
Dawn A. Beninsky, 77, of Osceola Mills, PA died on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College, PA.
Born on September 30, 1940 in Mahonoy City, PA she was the daughter of the late Paul and Grace (Hall) Fisher. She married Martin M. Beninsky on November 21, 1959 in Mahonoy City, PA: he survives at home.
She was a member of the Osceola Mills United Methodist Church for 54 years and was a member of the Sunshine Quilters of the church.
Dawn was a retired teachers aid for the CIU in Philipsburg, PA and was a 1958 graduate of the Mahonoy City High School.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by: two daughters, Kathy Jay & her husband Richard of Smithfield, VA and Sue Mazza & her husband Paul of Centre Hall, PA; one son Marty Beninsky & his wife Tammy of Trevorton, PA; and eight grandchildren, Megan Jay, Richard Jay, Marty Beninsky, Fallon Mazza, Paul Mazza, Joshua Mazza, Sera Mazza and Madison Mazza.
Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 6, 2018 at the Osceola Mills United Methodist Church: with Pastor Beth Stutler officiating. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC in Osceola Mills, PA and on Monday from 12 noon to funeral time at the church.
