Helen Katherine Ashcroft
Helen Katherine Ashcroft, 82, of Sandy Ridge, PA died on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at her home.
Born on August 25, 1938 in Philipsburg, PA she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Naomi Pearl (Flick) Vincer. She married Allen G. Ashcroft on June 25, 1956 in Osceola Mills, PA: he preceded her in death on March 24, 2020.
She was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Philipsburg, PA.
Helen was a homemaker and was a 1956 graduate of the Philipsburg Osceola Mills High School.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by: one daughter, Theresa Ashcroft; one son, James Ashcroft; and one sister, Audrey Vincer.
She is survived by: two daughters, Sharon Hagyard & her husband James of Philipsburg, PA and Barbara Mullane & her husband James of Apex, NC; two sons, Lloyd Ashcroft of Frederick, MD and Allen Michael “Mike” Ascroft & his companion Ashley Smyder of Osceola Mills, PA; three sisters, Carol Franks & her husband Jake of Ft. Washington, MD, Sandra Souders of Boiling Springs, PA and Debra Sipe & her husband Ron of Philipsburg, PA; six grandchildren, Declan, Abigail and Rachel Mullane, Katie Briscoe, Adam Barnett, and Bryan Ashcroft; four great-grandchildren, Khloe, Ronin, Mason and Kaden; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC in Osceola Mills, PA: with Rev. Father John Gibbons officiating. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
There will be no visitation.
