Peter Paul Andrus
Peter Paul Andrus, 76, of Altoona, PA and formerly of Philipsburg, PA passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2013 at the Valley View Nursing Home in Altoona, PA.
He was the son of the late Thomas A. Andrus, Sr. & Mary (Pitoniak) Andrus, born on December 6, 1936 in Rush Township, PA.
Mr. Andrus was a member of the Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Philipsburg, PA and was a retired Janitor with the West Branch High School.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: four sisters, Annie Agnes Andrus, Elizabeth Mayes, Mary Wilk and Margaret Kimmen; and four brothers, Joseph, Thomas, John and George Andrus.
Mr. Andrus is survived by two sisters, Rose M. Casher of Altoona, PA and Theresa Weigand of St. Petersburg, FL.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 8, 2013 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Osceola Mills, PA with Rev. Father Robert J. Horgas officiating. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
Visitation will be Monday from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. at the Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills, PA.
