Carol D. Eboch
Carol D. Eboch, 86, of Clearfield PA, died on Monday April 27, 2026, in Salamanca, NY. Born on September 19, 1939, in Philipsburg, PA. Carol was the daughter of the late Paul Klett and Bertha (Walton) Klett. She married Charles B. Eboch, Jr. on August 23, 1958, at the Trinity United Methodist Church in Philipsburg, PA. He preceded her in death on December 17, 2005.
Carol was a retired supervisor at Revco, D.S., Inc. in Twinsburg, OH. She was a 1957 graduate from the former Philipsburg High School.
In addition to her parents and husband, Carol was preceded in death by her sisters, Eleanore Schram, Bertha “Teeny” Rodgers and brothers, Paul Klett, James Klett and John “Jack” Klett. Carol is survived by a daughter Kim Eboch of Jamestown NY, a son Charles B. Eboch III, a sister Donna Botwright of Laurinburg, NC, two sisters in law, Anna Klett of Dover, NJ and Bonnie Eboch of Morrisdale, PA. and two grandchildren, Marc Eboch of Clearfield, PA and Mariah Carol Lawson and her companion Braydyn Wappat of Mayville, NY and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Carol was an avid bowler for over fifty years in Ohio and PA. Her husband was always on her bowling team until his passing. She continued to bowl on different leagues at Clearfield Lanes with her numerous good friends. She liked to crochet blankets for her family and worked on her family genealogy tree spanning back to the 1600’s. She collected light houses and various French Poodle and Pug items. She loved hummingbirds and even got a Ruby Throated Hummingbird tattooed on her arm when she was 79 years old. She was a volunteer at the Joseph & Elizabeth Shaw Public Library in Clearfield, PA. She was a PA MEDI volunteer at the Clearfield County Area Agency on Aging as well as volunteering during tax season each year. She had numerous animals over the years but her fondest were her French Poodles Velvet and Pierre and lastly and most lovingly was her Pug who she names Simone-Simone.
There will be no funeral service or visitation.
Interment will be at Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
